Home Seeker Properties Ltd was founded by Husband and Wife team, Andrew and Donna Collinson. Their vision is to become the premier provider of high quality and great value short stay accommodation across the Midlands. Home Seeker Properties provides guests with homes that offer the convenience of a hotel with the flexibility and privacy of their own home away from home, often at a more appealing price tag. We supply arrival tea, coffee, biscuits and washing products to make your stay more comfortable. We also provide shower gel and shampoo for your convenience. These are displayed in our reusuable recycled bottles, reducing our dependence on single use plastic to help reduce our environmental impact.

Property information

On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen/living/diner space. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides all the comforts of home with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. The dining space is multi-functional, allowing you to enjoy a group meal or use as a work desk when necessary. The sofa, quickly and simply converts into a comfortable single bed. The Smart TV allows you to access your On Demand subscriptions at the click of a button, so you can catch up on the latest shows or binge your favourite box set. There is a bright and fresh downstairs WC in the entrance hall, as well as space for your coats and shoes. The first floor is comprised of two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds to allow for more guest flexibility. Each bedroom has the highest quality of linens and towels for you to enjoy and provides wardrobe space to allow you to unpack and make yourself at home. The family bathroom is bright and fresh, providing a shower over the bath. There is off road parking available behind the property.

The property is located in walking distance to nearby restaurants and takeaways as well as amenities such as the local post office, pharmacy and doctors surgeries. The property is in close proximity to a variety of super markets as well as the ever popular Rushden Lakes shopping and entertainment complex which provides a wide variety of restaurants and shops as well as a cinema and scenic walks.
