A newly refurbished guest house and home living accommodation set in the historic market town of Selby. 

You will find us on Leeds Road, YO8 4HX. If you are coming off the A1, you’ll pass The Grange care Centre and we are 55 yards down the road on the left. If you come through Selby Town Centre, you’ll find us on the right hand side, just under a mile away.

The property boasts a classically elegant decor with a Tudor look. However, the interior is anything but dated.

When you first arrive to the hotel, you will see a large car park to the front of the property – this is free of charge. You’ll have your own entrance with a code to access and further instructions will be issued on completion of booking. All doors internally are keyless.

Each bedroom is beautifully set up and contains a comfortable small double bed with orthopedic mattress, wardrobe with hangers, drawers, fresh soft towels, fresh linen, smart TV’s with access to most popular channels incl. Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc and complimentary super fast wi-fi. Tea and coffee refreshments are available in your room at no extra charge.

Bathroom facilities although shared are brand new and very tasteful. You have the options of both bath and shower. There are multiple free standing showers available. Recently installed is a brand new boiler and heating system to ensure a hot shower after a long day at work. Heating can be amended in the rooms should this be required.

There are two beautifully modern kitchens available. One larger than the other but both fully functional.

The larger kitchen flaunts an elegant design with plenty of cupboard space for storing your goods. You’ll find access to the dish washer, washing machine, dryer, american fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and hob/oven. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.

In the larger kitchen, you’ll find a good sized corner sofa with another smart TV to relax and chill with your work friends in the evening. There is also a large dining table available with 8 seats. The french doors open out onto the patio area which has multiple picnic benches. Ideal for Alfresco dining! There is also a BBQ available on site.

In the smaller kitchen, again, it is beautifully designed and has plenty of storage areas. There is a standard fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, oven and hob. Again, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided as well as a toaster, kettle and microwave.

There is an iron and ironing board available on site.

There is an enhanced cleaning regime in place in keeping with government guidelines and sanitiser is available on site.
