Halliday’s Folly is a barn renovation in village of Greetham which is two or three minutes off A1 13 miles from Grantham and 8 miles from Stamford. Village has two good pubs both within walking distance, both of which provide excellent food. Plough has weekday menu – two meals for ?15.00. The accommodation consists of two barn conversions. Large barn has two good sized double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms, one with either twin beds or one king sized, other has king sized bed. Downstairs is large living room which has double sofa bed, kitchen diner and shower / cloakroom. Small barn provides self contained studio apartment consisting of sleeping area which can be curtained off, living space with sofa bed, shower room and fully fitted kitchen. Both barns are fully equipped for cooking at home – kitchens include range cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and good range of crockery / cooking implements. There is off road parking and a separate garden with seating areas and patio spaces for eating outside. All Laundry is provided. There is TV with Netflix and Wifi in both units. The units are interconnecting so can be rented one unit whenever this is required. At other times they are completely separate.
