Elmdon Lodge is a beautifully presented Victorian sixteen bedroomed property situated in Acocks Green, a suburb 4 miles to the South East of Birmingham. All rooms are en suite apart from one bedroom with a private bathroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with access to a garden and secure car park. Although situated on a quiet, leafy, residential street, Elmdon Lodge is within walking distance to many eateries, pubs, supermarkets and within a five minute walk to Acocks Green train station with links to Birmingham city centre with less than a ten minute train journey. Elmdon Lodge is comprised of two detached houses. One house comprises of 8 bedrooms and would be an ideal home from home for a large group (sleeping 11 comfortably) who are wishing to have their own space within a large and comfortable house with their own cooking facilities, weekly clean and bed laundry change. This property comprises of 4 single rooms (all en suite bar one room with private bathroom) and 3 large twin/double en suite rooms and 1 double en suite room, so sleeps 11 guests all in their own bed.
