Cottage

2 x  double bed rooms (with new beds and linen), 1 with basin in room, 1 shared bathroom (large high power shower)  in a quiet location down a private drive within 11 acres of gardens, orchard and, paddocks and wood.  Open plan lounge diner vintage designer furnished and a seperate modern kitchen both with french doors onto the south facing garden/BBQ area. Ample parking (large vans and trailers no problem). Great hi speed wifi and a good mobile signal. Large flat TV with amazon prime TV stick and Netflix subscription. Desks if required.

There is also a currently unused basement that could suit a pool table or something.

Self -catering but at additional costs breakfast and/or dinner in the main house or delivered with a bit of prior warning (I am an ex-chef!). Laundry available. Full daily cleaning can be arranged if required (the house will have a thorough COVID clean at the start of each week with fresh linen, towels etc.

Local co-op in Croughton and 24hr Esso close by. Easy access to M40 and good rush-hour shortcuts towards Banbury and Bicester.

Smoking allowed in cottage as long as any non smoker agrees. Smoking in house OK in certain areas. Plenty of undercover areas outside to smoke.

Storage/workshop/stable space available, discuss with me if interested.

Large Main House

Owner with dog resident in an exceptionally furnished (art deco and 70’s antiques) home. This in not your average rental, its a great home stay with a difference!

2-3 of the double bedrooms in the main house, 1 is en-suite and the second large bathroom has both a large shower and full size bath (shared if 3rd room rented). In addition extra shower room downstairs. (other rooms not being rented due to lack of bathrooms at present so a huge place for a few people). Use of large living room with woodburner and Flat screen TV and dining room/office area. An extra private office room if required (extra)

In addition the entire top floor as a private open plan bedroom/lounge/office at a later date (available with a weeks notice but no en-suite)

If you are a group/get on you can choose to self cater in the cottage together, or be catered for in the house. (possible use of kitchen TBC)

So if you are group and don’t mind a bathroom share in the main house for now the 2 properties could house up to 6.

A dog could be considered.
