Our self-catering holiday houses, Rose Cottage, Stable Cottage, Edward’s Cottage, Louisa’s Cottage and Barn House are set in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. We are centrally located, only 10 minutes from the market towns of Petersfield and Alton, with fantastic road and rail connections for London, Winchester, Chichester, Guildford and Portsmouth.

Stable Cottage, Edward’s Cottage and Rose Cottage are all identical in size and layout and offer light and airy accommodation with two ground floor bedrooms and an upstairs bedroom (please note no door to the upstairs bedroom; they are access from stairs leading off from the living rooms). The two downstairs bedrooms each have an king size bed and the large upstairs bedroom has a king size bed on one side of the room and two single beds on the other side of the room.  Two bathrooms in each property.  These properties have five beds in total.

Louisa’s Cottage is a smaller property, with two bedrooms.  The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and upstairs you’ll find one small double bed, one single bed and one single mattress on the floor.  One bathroom.

Barn House was completed in 2023 and is situated approximately ¼ mile (3-5 minutes walk) from the other cottages. Barn House has been converted from part of our existing agricultural barn and has four bedrooms.  Upstairs you’ll find a large master bedroom with king size bed and a single bed.  Also upstairs is another bedroom with three single beds.  Downstairs is another double bedroom with king size bed and a small box room with a small double bed.  This property has seven beds in total.

We happily welcome tradesmen and operatives to our cottages.  We have CCTV on the carpark area for vehicle safety and plenty of parking for large work vans!  We generally have availability Mondays – Fridays but can usually also accommodate stays from Sunday afternoons.
