The property is suitable for business travellers with it’s excellent road links and families visiting the area or people in-between moving house and waiting for the final pieces of the jigsaw to fall into place.

I welcome families with infants, but please be aware I do not have any stair gates.

The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, a hob and an oven.

The property is fitted with a device which monitors the noise level, temperature, the number of people in the property, motion within the property, the humidity and moisture. All of these can be checked remotely in real time and the device is programmed to alert us if any of the items monitored exceed a programmed threshold.

During your stay you will have access to the whole property (but not the loft or the outside storage), including the off road allocated parking space.

To be upfront and transparent about our attitude to excessive and sustained noise.

If any noise or disturbances are reported by our neighbours, (who have our phone number), there will only be ONE warning phone call from us, and next the police will be called – serious offenders will have their bookings cancelled on the spot and without refund.

It is not something we expect to happen, but we do take the peaceful enjoyment and sleep of our guests and neighbours very seriously. Please respect our house rules and each other.
